If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! We accept returns within 14 days of purchase. 
 

To initiate a return please contact info@thecraftyhighlander.co.uk including information on your purchase.  ​

Additional Information:

• Orders must be returned in their original packaging and in perfect condition.

• As some of products are made to order, if you need to amend your order or cancel, you must  do so within 24 hours of ordering.

• As soon as we receive your returned item we will process your refund using the same method in which you paid. 

• We will only cover the return shipping fee of faulty/damaged items.

• We must be notified of damaged items within 3 working days of delivery.
