Welcome to The Crafty Highlander  website. These Terms and Conditions apply to the use of the website at  www.thecraftyhighlander.co.uk if an order is placed on the website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If these Terms and Conditions are not acceptable, do not use the website. The operation of the website is undertaken by personnel of The Crafty Highlander who have the right to revise the Terms and Conditions at any time.

  1. Pricing Policy
    All prices are shown in pounds sterling (£). For promotional offers, prices are only valid if the product is purchased during the offer period. Prices are exclusive of postage and packaging for mainland UK.

  2. Order Processing
    As soon as an order is placed on the website, the Purchaser is deemed to have agreed to our Terms and Conditions. Please ensure before checking out online, you have checked the accuracy of your order. Once an order has been placed, your purchase contract has been made, and you will then be charged, and items dispatched.  The Crafty HIghlander will endeavour to deliver products within our intended delivery dates.     ​

  3. Availability
    In the event of a failure to deliver due to an unforeseen stock shortage, The Crafty Highlander will notify you and give a rescheduled delivery date.

  4. Cancellation and Returns

    1. Your right to cancel begins the day that the contract was concluded and ends 14 days after you have received the goods.

    2. If you decide to cancel your order, you must notify The Crafty Highlander via email within the cancellation period. 

    3. The Crafty HIghlander will return any monies paid within 7 days of your cancellation, where goods have not been dispatched; or within 7 days of receipt of returned goods.

    4. You are responsible for the cost of returning goods (unless faulty) – see below for returns address.

    5. In the event that you have received faulty goods, The Crafty Highlander will exchange the goods or offer a full refund once the problem has been identified. All reasonable shipping costs will be reimbursed.

  5. Complaints
    Complaints should be made in writing and will be acknowledged within a maximum of 7 working days.

  6. Legal

    1. These Terms and Conditions are constructed in accordance with Scottish Law. Any disputes arising from the Terms and Conditions shall be resolved within the framework of the Scottish courts.

    2. Products on sale on this website may not be considered appropriate or available outwith the UK. It is prohibited to use this website from another territory where the contents of this website are illegal. Access to this website outwith the UK, is done at your own risk and you are responsible for compliance with local laws.

    3. Any unlawful use of this website (including hacking) will be reported to the appropriate law enforcement agency.

  7. Disclaimer

    1. It is your responsibility to check for any viruses before downloading from this site for any purposes.

    2. We endeavour to ensure that all information on this website is correct, and do not guarantee the accuracy and completeness of our material on the website. From time to time the information provided on the website may be out of date and we are therefore not responsible for any impact of our website outwith our reasonable control.
